Nancy Baraza Gun Drama

Deputy chief justice, Nancy Baraza has tonight come to her own defence in the face of allegations of harassing and threatening a security guard using a gun at the village market mall in up market Nairobi on New Year's Eve. The deputy chief justice claims that she was, quote "genuinely apprehensive" following threats of violence directed at her in recent months. Sally Mbilu reports on an incident that has seen the security guard reportedly ordered to drop the charges by her employers... but she is not budging, only saying that she was doing her job. The village market management has since issued a statement saying the stringent security measures apply to all without exception.

Pinching someone else nose with malice intent is a misdeaminor assault offense and she needs to be arrested and charged. lack of temperament control is not a vice befitting a Judge. If the Kenya Govt do not take any Remedy action to this felony, Then we in Diaspora will represent the Victim and drag this Arrogant Clown Judge to the international court.
