  • @doggydodo2 It works real well but u jus gotta use it rite. If u watch Kobe and nash and CP and all the great guards they use it on pick and roll when they try and trap the pick and roll to see if the trap is coming agressively or if its sagging back or if its jus a fake trap and there jus showing it to get the ball outta ur hands. U dont need but 1 or 2 dribbles to recognize those things but in a drill u wanna make it harder than a game.

  • AvcssBasketball seriously if I, can easily dunk, then anybody can, I am only 5'7 for godsake! Merely follow a real course like the one I'm following 50inch vertical[dot]com, it'll multiply your leaping ability and your first step in basketball.

  • #VIDEOPOSTERID#, many times I try to try to remember just what exactly it was like prior to when I can easily dunk the ball. Immediately after I put to use the workout program at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - my game has been increasing quickly and I'm even a starter now!

  • AvcssBasketball shit, other stuff can I say.

Anyone who owns a basketball need to all know how you can dunk, I simply just not too long ago done the exercise program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com - I can't recommend anything else (I'm only 5'10!)
