why is the inside black and white and the outside in colour?

Much of that has to do with director's choice. However, color is used inside to highlight the safety issue that is being presented.

I have never been charged for AC headphones. Most North American carriers charge for food on NA flights. They still give complimentary food and drinks for long-haul flights. My luggage survived the transfer to British Airways and my desktop computer with monitor arrived safely in Berlin.

Never really had any major issues with AC. Happy to fly with them again.

Hi everyone, I'm not a native english speaker...can anyone explain me what the guy says at 0:28 "if you have any ***** , please let one of us know" and how he calls the hand baggage at 0:32 " for your confort and safety ******* baggage must be stowed". Thanks in advance! :)

this is the old saftey video but i must admitt air canada is the best airline in the world. thumbs up if you agree, they also give out amazing food! and the on demand telly's are very usfull and takes up most the flying time, like i have to fly for 10 hrs :O
