Cut (Featurette) (R)

Cut is a campy look at the world of no budget filmmakers and the cast of colorful characters that attempt to make a film outside the system. Green director, writer producer Sal Gazza has a very tedious relationship with his co-producer Pat Finnely, who uses the film as a way to hook up with underage girls. Sal Gazza (Jeff Swanton), Pat Finnely (Stephen Hirsekorn), Faye (Melissa Campbell), Dean Richardson (JD Osborn), Gina Galena (Abigail Swanton), Joey Pinto (Lou Gorra), Babe (Shannon Berry), Owen (Ben Bleefeld) and Reporter (Mary Hirsekorn). Cut was the first release of Guess Films that suprisingly sold out both of it's first showings at the Red Bank Cleaview Arts Cinema and was the top earner in the state of New Jersey that night. According to the theater's management it was only rivaled by Fehreniheit 9/11 for single showing sales at their theater.
