hey man um do you need upper body strenght to do this cuz I lose balance bcuz my arms are really weak?nice tutorial by the way I loved it!

yo im having so much trouble....i am position right so then wen im tryna spin i some how cant spin correctly i just dont know why....any tips??

when i do my headspins, i get about half way then i just lose balance of my legs.
is there anyway i could get more balance by some other technique?

@unknownaznx If you don't have enough practice to balance a handstand, it's probably not a great idea.

How thick is the padding of the headspin hat? I've been having fears of getting back into practicing headspins because of loss of hair and a normal beanie doesn't seen to work. Also, I'm wondering if it will be worth the purchase, or just some cheap hat that will still cause hair loss.

Its 4 mm of neoprene, nothing cheap about that its what they use on wetsuits. If it causes hairloss, I wouldnt be using it, I made it to stop hair loss!
