This product is not a waste. It is so much faster to strum once and find out that you only have one string out of tune, rather than going through each string individually. Since it is competitively priced, it can't be considered a waste.

@superiansuper It's a chromatic tuner, so you can tune it however you want. If you want to use the polytune feature you can set the tuner directly to Eb so the polytune knows you'll be on Eb. Really easy. I just bought one and it is accurate, and doesn't mess up the signal. I'm not sure about its road-worthiness yet, but it's simple and looks rugged.

I'm not buying it simply because the guy can't pronounce "tune" properly. It's a U not an OO.
What about extended range guitars?
