Is priming necessary? I see several people on youtube not using the primer.

@HeathAU25 Per 3M's recommendations, we are always going to recommend using 3M's Primer 94 on edges and complex curves. With that being said, you're right, many people are not using it...some get away with it and some do not. Your mileage may vary depending on the application and environment it's being installed on. Flat, smooth, hard surfaces where you are wrapping on the back will have the best chance of getting away with no using from what we've seen.

@redgateproductions You would need to measure your hood to know what size it needs. I'm not sure off hand.
