Rodriguez - I Wonder - A forgottern artist

Rodriguez playing I Wonder off the only album I have seen since 1977 the album is at his best and his other albums cold fact and after the fact were already not availiable in this country (australia) by then he his basically forgottern even though he has quite a following in South Africa i just wanted to show the rest of the world this gem of an artist, on a forgottern medium P.S the weird noises aren't the record they are from my shitty camera phone which i used to record this. Sorry For Bad Sound! This is from the album Rodriguez At His Best.

I remember hearing this album for the first time in Australia in 1990, great stuff! I never thought that I'd ever hear it again. There are copies new & used of this cd (cold fact) available through Amazon.

Thanks for sharing the Rodriguez love! Yes,he's still big in South Africa. I was so surprised when I was told that so many other countries have never heard of this WONDERFUL artist! The man is a legend! And ALWAYS will be!!!

I bought a album back in the early 80's called Rodriguez-At his best. It's got 5 tracks from "cold fact",3 from "coming from reality" and 3 not previously recorded. Also saw him at the Festival theatre,Adelaide after that. A great artist that never sold his soul just to get filthy rich.

First heard this bloke back in the late 70's. Had him on cassette ... wore it out & lost the music for years. Must get it back it's timeless & still relevant for today.

I'm 23... Love the album Cold Fact... certainly in my top 10. It's one of those rare albums that doesn't have a single bad song on it. I can't thank the friend who recommended it to me enough.

...Underated for sure... Forgotten certainly not.
