A BIT OF ULTIMATE STARGAZING! as star stuff that is part of everything is felt and experienced on multiple scales of being. Explores some ways in which the universe makes love to perception.
The billions and billions of stars in this video are formed by the text of what the star-struck speaker/vocalist (forkergirl) is saying. The video is a map of some of the Wow! that is the ultimate point of departure for everything.
"Cosmic Seduction" is a chorus of awareness, on multiple interlocking, overlapping scales of the Wow! already in progress. A video poam (product of act of making) that begins during the continuation of the initial Wow! condition that was the start of everything, the big Wow! bang, the creation of Wow! A starting point still expanding and converging in bulges, peaks, valleys; still pouring out debris from starting, magnificent and unsettling at times (the volatility of starting, power and violence of beginning and of continuing) residue that connects everything, swirls, overlaps, exposes the collaborative nature of things in this configurable/reconfigurable dynamic interlocked condition.
Acknowledges Pattiann Rogers "Place and Proximity" with embrace of "stars, stars, stars" from her text poem, a fusion of understanding and sensibility wallowing in Wow!
Contains portions of "Slips" a piece of music by Lou Breed and Jeremy Daly. Thanks for permission to use your music, JD. Also contains the iTunes visualizer response to the Wow! of the "Cosmic Seduction" soundtrack.
Debuted as part of the "Space of Language" installation in the "Arts and Bodies" event at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

I hope that letters are as infinite as a universe, that like single atoms, they attach themselves to each other, building increasingly intricate, complex, and sometimes beautiful geometries of idea on each scale of building. A possibility of grotesque outcome may be worth the risk just for a chance of the marvelous if in those infinities of combinations, all possible geometries of letter arrangements occur —as perhaps, again I hope, they must. Thank you for commenting!
