I played this game so much as a kid. and then a little later in life, I found the same game on a CD, after floppy disk games no longer worked on computers.
But I remember being in 1st grade learning how to sign into windows from msDOS haha.

Just kidding, but that isn't the first time an idiotic amount of something was stolen in this game. Once a robber took 3 oxen and 1 pound of meat. We stared, wondering how on earth I wasn't woken up when the man took 3 very large animals from me, and why on earth he wanted just one pound of beef...

Oregon Trail was my favorite game in elementary school! We had computer lab every day and got to play it on Fridays haha! That and Spellevator were my classes two favorites. I just found a free download of Oregon Trail 5th Edition... the hunting isn't the same, so I don't know if I'll like it cause that was the best part... but we shall see!

Man, when I was growing up...This was THE game! I love the shooting part. I use to always just buy heallah bullets and gun powder. And just a little food for my family. Steak everynight!
