A Few Clips from our warm up. Each Student does a 2-3 minute round of multi man knife fighting with out breaks. There is one goal. To Survive. "Get Cut Not Killed" & Then try harder next time. This is how we do cardio. It is an excellent way to get the Blood & Adrenaline Moving & is immediately followed by a 2-3 hour Ip man Wing Chun Kuen Class.
