Sky News: Christians sued by homosexuals over guesthouse double room policy

Full statement by Hazelmary Bull, owner of the guesthouse at the centre of a discrimination case over its double room policy. Hazelmary and her husband, Peter, were sued by homosexuals Steven Preddy and Martyn Hall. The judge today ruled against the Christians, awarding £3,600 in damages to the homosexual couple.

@egapnala65 Taking a page from the old book of homophobia I see. There is a clear difference between gays and paedophiles, and it's a matter of consent, if 2 adults (gay or straight) over the age of 16 want to engage in sexual conduct and both consent to it, there is no problem. But with underage sex there can't be consent because the child cannot consent till he/she is 16. And since animals aren't fully sentient they can't consent either. Redering that point void.

I would like to know if these gays tried to rent a room at this hotel to give the Christian couple an unnecessary hard life? Looks to me as as the gays intentionally targeted against Christians. As long the Hotel belongs to the couple they have the right to decide whom they allow to stay at it. Sorry for my poor English. Greetings from Middle Europe.

The most hilarious and ironic thing about this is the fact that it also means an end to all those "Gay Exclusive- Safe Space" holidays and hotels as well. So what we need now is for the Evangelical Alliance to send a few of their people to one of those establishments and see how they like it.
