Suzanna Hupp is a hero of mine...the tragedy that befell her at the hands of a madman didn't erase her common sense. In virtually ALL of the recent mass shootings, the perpetrator has been OBVIOUSLY mentally ill....Loughner, Lanza., etc...we need to make it easier for parents, LEO's and school teachers to REQUIRE those suspected of mental illness to undergo psychiatric examinations and anyone deemed a potential threat to society by a psychiatrist should be barred from owning a firearm.
