To see Flowen's Ghost, kill Olga Flow on any difficulty with a red weapon (e.g. Red Sword, Red Saber, etc.) After killing him, revisit the boss area and he will appear. This is NOT the same as getting the Parasitic Gene "Flow". If you want this item, it's as simple as killing him on ultimate mode with the right Section ID. Other ID's give you a D-Photon Core which is a mag cell for the Gael Giel. This method only applies to private servers such as schthack and eden. If you are playing on a console (not Blue Burst), you will never get a PGF through legitimate methods. The drop rate is 0%.
