Old Mad Men

This is short clip from a video I filmed of my father, Bill Blackshaw, only a couple months before he passed away. He had a long and storied career in advertising, working for BBDO in the Detroit, Pittsburgh, New York, and Los Angeles offices, and later at Los Angeles based Eiseman, Johns and Laws. We had many great conversations about the AMC series "Mad Men" before he died.

Although Mad Men is fiction, and I wouldn't hold it up to "true-to-life" scrutiny, its great to watch something like this. I wish TV Series' which reference a true time and place, ran short bits with people who actually had been there. Such as this man.
