  • its immature because there were a lot of people who were sitting there minding there own business talking and enjoying the nice day. then you people come in playing your extremely loud music and start dancing in front of us. its annoying and if you think just randomly dancing is so important sign up for the masquerade next year. don't annoy the people who don't wanna see this stuff nor have their conversations interrupted by it.

  • It's not different than people shouting memes, it's an anime con, anime dances have always been a part of anime cons, Otakon is massive, it's not hard to shuffle along when para para breaks out

  • @CursedWings Wow really stop being stuck up! Its a convention don't not expect this sort of thing to happen. People at conventions do this kind of thing there aren't rules against it, If you don't like move some place else and let the thousands of others enjoy.

  • but isn't it immature to interrupt with MORE loud idiocy? Two wrongs don't make a right after all, and like I said your honking made it better. When my camera man laughs and says "that's awesome" it wasn't because you were interrupting us, it was because you made our dance that much funnier, now we have a crazy lady with a horn running around, WIN. So I guess...thanks for making my video 30x cooler.

  • ya know...by you running in with the horn not only do you indirectly participate but now you're pretty much immortalized on my camera as "that chick who added the horn effect". Sorry to see you think our dancing is bad though, I mean it is anime dancing...at an anime con...which is standard for pretty much every con around.

  • and I would gladly say this whole thing to you in person but I have no idea who you are or where you're from, so the internet is the only way to address you. So thanks.

  • Try learning some of those dances we do and tell me it's not hard. Dancing is fun. We do it because it's fun and other people love to join in with us and have FUN. Dancing at cons is our way of *performing because everyone there knows the songs and dances and enjoys watching, or should I say most. The dances are all anime related, so we dance them at an anime con. I have no problem with you honking your damn horn, just you saying this is "faggotry".

  • You seriously think that learning how to dance to impress your silly little friends is hard work? And PREFORM? You mean showing up in an area with a boom box and starting to dance purely because you want somebody to pay attention to you?

Regardless fighting about this is silly, if you have a problem with me honking my horn at you because I don't think it's productive to start dancing out of nowhere just because you're at an anime con then please address it to me in person, not over the internet

  • I don't quite understand how learning ANIME dances and having fun at an ANIME con by dancing these ANIME dances is immature. People work hard learning these dances and it's our big event to perform at cons. It's something you won't understand if you've never tried.. which I suppose you won't because hard work is "immature". We weren't hurting anyone by doing this and if it bothered you and your group that much it's simple enough to move to a different spot.
