There is nothing crazier than an obsessed crossfitter! WOD Diaries centers around four females in a fun and humorous way as they try to get in their daily WODS (workout of the day) while managing their personal relationships in and out of the box. The show also offers amazing tests of fitness, hot sweaty athletes, cool 'gym' tricks and lots of juicy controversy.

@dodgecaravantinteful That actress is my wife. All your comments do is support the concept of the show. We are all CrossFitters and have been for many years including my wife. Hero WODs are named that way. Not most workouts. The main workouts are not Hero WODs. You are an amateur at everything based on your words.

@TeeJae84 Its just a joke about crossfit pricing being high.. most globo gym people pay 30-50/mo. so CrossFit is considered expensive.. CrossFit High Voltage is not really $399/mo. ;->

@coolintake It isn't as big as football, baseball, soccer, etc.. But IMO it is getting there.. especially after this year and how Reebok has been advertising it.
