She is, without a doubt, the most down to earth "celeb" I've ever met. Truly good soul and amazingly talented.

She is an absolutely amazing person, she is one of the most kind, candid and real singer/songwriter/musicians I've ever known. Not to mention, being such a beautiful and talented woman, you can't help but to gravitate towards her. We definately need more people like her in today's music scenes.

She's like the anti-Madonna.
She's just as beautiful as Madonna if not moreso, she's FAR more talented, but in every way that Madonna- and for that matter 99% of other glamorous celebrities- try to ham up their grandness and gravitaas and pompous self-importance in the way they talk and act,
Chan Marshall just stays this unbeleivably approachable, real, utterly down to earth person...you feel like she could be your country neighbor, even though she could get away with acting like a diva.
