Dacia Duster test drive near Marrakesh, Morocco.

The brown ones are 1.5 dCi 4x2, with excellent behavior on and off route. The silver ones are the 1.5 dCi 4x4, very adept in rather difficult passages. And the navy blue one is the 1.6 16V which is not so good.

With a 4x4 system coming from Nissan, ASR+ESP, A/C, electric windows, optional leather, RCD+MP3 and comfortable seats, Duster is a nice surprise and a competent offroad crossover. Don't put him in the same league as his bigger brother Patrol, as we're talking about two completely different cars (looks are deceiving :)).

  • Why blue is not so good???

  • @ZagorjeDoMeXica I was talking rather about the essence version, not the color :D

It doesn't feel as sturdy as the diesel version, that's why. And when offroading, you'll really want the diesel engine. The 110HP that is :)

  • @drivetestro So does that make the 1.6 16V bad or just not as good ?

Can it still offroad decently ?

    Thanks in advance

  • @lavigne165 Yes, it still can offroad decently. But you'll still want the diesel :D

  • waw ! 100/100 piss of shit

  • I have driven a 4x2,1.5 lit. Diesel 85 hp and it has a lot of power! I would preffer a 4X4 , 1.6 gasoline, 105 hp! i have Dacia Logan and hope is at least so good!

  • @HomoGnosticus pervert

  • @flypunk90

    troll

  • that candy brown makes me sick

  • It's pretty good car for the price you pay. It's good off-road, has a good ground clearence and good AWD system. On road it's ok, not very good, but you can live with it. But don't forget that you buy a capable off-roader at the price of a basic Focus.

  • @drivetestro Definately. Wanted a petrol but ordered a 110 4x4 diesel. It's better in all areas. Quieter, more frugal and have more punch. Slightly more expensive but it's worth it.

  • ok listen guys, i ve just drive it befor 5 days ago and tested the diesel , its cool and simple for driving but it looks very practical at the same time , the only thing i could say that if u think about the duster don't and never think about the low range cause its totaly empty u will have just the engine with 90hp in da ass, the high range would be acceptable with abs and air .... .i doubt about rominian montage but renault engine would encourge custmors.
