I first heard this album, and Pink Floyd in summer 01 so for some reason always associate The Wall with 9/11. There's like a million lyrics that sound not necessarily like a prediction but which can very closely link to it.

On the day this happened 10 years ago. i had this song in my head. Theres 2 other Youtube vids incorperating this song to 911. it fits so well. Especialy when you hear that little child saying. "Look mommy, there's a plane up in the sky." In fact, i'm a little scared to say this but i am sorta incorperating the entire "The Wall" to 911. America being "Mr, Floyd: The drugged, out over-exposed, isolated Rock Star. and 911 being a major "Brick In The Wall".
