Take a look at our latest promo video for Earn and Learn.
Earn and Learn was developed by David Hanscom, Robb Smith and Marc Burgess. Robb and David are both parents with children in their local community school system while Marc and his wife have family members in theirs. They wanted to come up with a unique idea that would incorporate their over 50 years of combined experience in the Entertainment Business and their ongoing Philanthropy work. Using the equipment, experience, and talents they already possessed, they were able to create a program that would be fun, educational, health conscious and productive financially for schools and other non-profit organizations.
All three agreed that they were tired of asking their friends to purchase over priced items that they really did not need. They often found themselves giving their children/family members money to NOT have to sell food, wrapping paper, candles, etc. This factor was a major influence on the development of the Earn and Learn Program. Their new program would allow schools to focus more on raising funds for a new computer lab, piece of gym equipment, or to keep a program going instead of having to focus on inventorying, shipping, receiving, distributing, etc, etc...as well as all the other headaches that go along with traditional forms of fundraising. Also, being concerned parents and members of their community, they wanted to be able to pass on their message of building and maintaining a health body and healthy mind. Through various business partnerships they have found the right elements to be able to do so.
Finally, it was important to the owners to have a program that can maximize the potential earnings and provide the highest percentages to the schools since that is the obvious reason for the fundraiser in the first place. Streamlining time and materials has become a key factor in accomplishing this goal. The Earn and Learn program is completed in one day and leaves your students motivated and excited about their accomplishments. So far, the program has been a huge success. Schools have raised more money than ever before with far less effort and aggravation, and students have had an absolute blast while reinforcing subjects they were learning in school. We hope to bring our program to your school so you too can experience the difference.
