This tune was picked up from Sahib Shihab's album "Conversations".
Bass player Niels Henning Orsted Pedersen was just 17years old!
Amazing teqnique and also another young Danish musicians are plays
Nice ad lib. Really nice blues♪

  • @adeduction Thank you for watching and subscribing^^♪♪ Absolutely Right!! This tune is one of The best playing of Sahib Shihab and Niels Henning Orsted Pedersen and One of the Best jazz drummer in Europe Alex Riel.

    Especially, Bass running on introduction of Niels Hennig is really nice and He has a plenty of blues feeling!

  • YHOAWOW! This recording sounds so good I can't believe I'm actually hearing it! What a band! Is that really a photo of Alex Riel @8'59? Great drummer. And Sahib Shihab was regarded as a baritone saxophone player! What a great talented musician. Reminds me that tenor saxophonist James Clay was also a great flautest. Thanks a million for the upload!!
