It's the SRT Max Rumbler from Inertia Motorsports.

Its on a 2/4 drop.

We just installed the headers so it was open header and yes cut outs do make a difference.

We did all the work to this truck ourselves other than the transmission.

That includes headers, cam, intake, and nitrous.

This truck gone it was wrecked in January (see other vid)

But it was a 2/4 drop 305/50/20 nitro 420s.

He never really got to run it on the bottle but it was every bit of low 12's. It would spank mid 12 cars all day.

@murmckay Inertia motorsports makes the SRT max rubler cam for the 5.7 only because theres not enough cylinder to valve clearance in the 6.1 for that much overlap.
