I have to agree. It's not that she doesn't act, but she makes very subtle expressions or gestures that only the front row can see.
They probably chose her for her voice. If you listen to 2:35-3:16, she seems like she's really holding back which causes her to strain. It's a shame since she has such a beautiful voice.
If anything, she's one of my favorites just because of her voice alone.
