    The point of the video is to illustrate that Romney supported--just as Obama does--penalties for people who can afford to pay for health insurance but opt not to. What more context could you want? The point seems pretty straightforward

    Romneycare wasn't relative to just the state of Massachusetts as all of you conservatives keep reaffirming. It still needed a lot of funding from the federal government in order to provide sufficient money for state residents to have full coverage.
