Ads typically don't focus on the facts. The add is meant to drive people to badchangedotcom, where they can see all the facts and decide for themselves. If you want to find a more morally reprehensible issue than this, then go for it. I'm not exactly sure how you'll try to spin it, so I'm interested to see.
