@MrSpongetufty I would like to know to this too. I have every album of hers (I think) but I can't find this particular live version on any of them. This is the best version by far so it's driving me crazy! The track on Little Girl Blue is different than this.

This isn't even 'music' anymore, it's pure waves of soul. And I don't mean "R&B"; I mean someone's innermost soul. Nina and the band are channeling the divine here. Hats off too to George Gershwin for conceiving this American operetta.
