How can I give up other aspects of my life to get help?

This is a response to a viewer question: " I'm scared that I need to go to outpatient and I'm not sure how to tell my parents. Also I don't know how to do that plus play softball and school. I cannot quit softball 'cause I have worked so hard and I need to go to school. Thank you."
