  • I'm recovering from panic/anxiety slowly - but it is possible and I know I can do this. This is from someone who thought there was absolutely no hope. YOU CAN GET BETTER - you just need to work out what methods work best for you. Love from Australia....

  • o overcame mine for the most part through antineagative thinking and moving from where they initiated.

  • I have horrible panic attacks, they make me sweat, think horrible things, and ill in the stomach sometimes...I don't want to take pills...I just want them to go and never come back...my mind and brain are tired thinking stuff all the time...
