wow. i watched a lot of your other videos first. when i looked at this one, i thought that i was on a completely different person's channel. you have definitely come so far! what an inspiration! thanks for showing us that it can be done and we dont have to keep dreaming about it!

And i want my abdomen to loose the excessive amount of fats because i want to keep my boobs look heavy so guide me with some do's and don'ts so that i may also achieve my target and get rid of under confident personality........

My dear you have become my mentor and there are a couple of things that i need to ask you as guide lines . My weight is abt 70 kgs and height is 5.3' and i am planning to loose 12kgs in 3 months.. Will you tell me that after your weight loss, did you get any stretch marks on belly area, breast and thighs??? i am afraid of these outcomes of weight reduction. And tell how many hours did you work out at gym?

First and foremost CONGRATULATIONS on your successful journey... Seriously, what you have done is just something one can only dream of doing.. you lost your weight and gave a lot of motivation and positivity to people like us who are afraid of doing hardwork., And the reason of not putting our effort is that we don't want to face disappointment.... But after watching your real life story i seriously feel to change my life style....

I love how you said that you made small steps... I think it's so easy to feel overwhelmed if you try to do everything perfectly all at once--I can't eat anything I like, I have to kill myself working out 10 days a week, etc. Nothing happens overnight. You were FABULOUS before (LOVE your style), and still are... I have subbed and can't wait to watch your progress while enjoying some of my own. Good luck in your continuing journey.

this is so inspiring and i love how confident you are any size im lucky to put on jeans my usual clothes are stretch pants and ugly t shirts i dont want to dress this way.im on day 4 of my journey with at least 140 pounds to lose ,but imma start dressing well anyway maby it will make me feel better i always think negative im fat so whats the use. people saythey dont know how to lose weight yes they do they just dont want to do the hard way eat healthy and exercize you look like jennifer hudson:

I would like to say congrats to you and your will power to get it done. I too struggle with my weight and you have inspired me to get back on track and lose the pounds. Starting weight 235 age 42 soon to be 43...mother of two 8 & 3 full time and part time job. Full load but the change has to be made so that I can be around for my beautiful boys.

@MeanMikifiki yes i have tons of energy. i find myself running around playing with my niece and nephews and i didnt do that before. i also feel so much lighter when i walk. i just feel like im finally living the life i was suppose to live.

you wher big and beautiful. your clothing style was very nice. im struggling with trying to lose weight also but have tried everything to no avail. considering going under the knife but dont do too well with surgeries and dont want to seem like a coward. i dont see alot of answers or responses to peoples comments/questions but PLEEEAAASSSEEE respond to this. i really need help. if you had to pick ONE... what was the thing that you would say helped you lose the weight the most?

@niknak37914 exercise. when i saw how hard it was to burn 500 calories, eating an entire bag of chips just wasnt worth it. so i would grab fruit instead. the exercise helped me get my food in order bc after burning calories you dont want to eat high calorie or unhealthy foods. the exercise also gave me strength to do more things that i thought I would never be able to do. I took it one day at a time.
