You made a mistake, though. They go back to A, not C, at the end of the first part. If you listen to another youtube video that uses the actual song you hear the tune go down, not up.

as far as i know its known as the inspector clouseau theme...try downloading it from limewire..if that does not happen then give me your email id and ill send it to you!
