The lighting is really cool. I like the Iris effect you programed. If Tom isn't doing any work, he should bake you a cake.

I will when I have some! Keep in mind that the graphics so far have only had two (arduous) weeks of work.

Awesome work. I've got down some of the basics in direct3d but I've got a ways to go. I really like your particle system.
Are you creating this in direct3d or opengl? What are your primary resources?

This is pure OpenGL. That's it. Models are created and imported from 3DS Max through a custom importer/exporter combo.
The game will probably eventually use FMOD for audio, and there's a chance that it'll use a physics engine like Bullet. Besides that, everything is "in house."

Thanks! I'm actually quite psyched about this project, but you're right there's a ton of work to be done (like a game.)
