@yellowhelloable PS2, Dreamcast, Xbox, Gamecube, and now Xbox live and PSN. (the ps2, xbox, and gamecube versions are part of the streetfighter II anniversery collection)

@gusto1978 dipswitches. CPS3 games had both physical and digital dipswitches, the emulator should have a program that emulates the physical ones.. there is a "combination" you have to input on the gamepad when the game boots up to access the "soft " (digital) switches. The digital ones should have one for difficulty.

is there a way to make the game easier>? because by the time I'm on the 4th or 5th round it's gets hard and I dont mean normal hard.

I can even figure out how to even load the rom its just there with a bunch of useless other ones!

i hope you know that those files arent 2 seperate they are the exact same thing and how do you setup the emulator? i put the roms file in the dir1 directory that it said in the configure settings file and i put all the parts of sf3 into one file called street fighter- third strike so how come it dont read it? and it says theres missing files

The Site is down for the roms and the best emulator to Download right now is called "GGPO" and the roms can be found on coolrom or rom-world. Sorry everyone

Extract Part 1, then all the other parts will extract together AUTOMATICALLY and make one rom file, then put the rom file in the roms folder
