hrmm.... a bit of explanation on the lines added to the conf file is more than called for. I'm going to reinstall the whole process and try again now that apache wont restart.

@amosngweien1 If you are using a none safe thred of PHP or 5.3 with the PHP codes in 1:18 to 1:30 this can happen. Uninstall that vershion of PHP and delete any php codes that you put in the conf file of apache. I have updated the PHP links download useing that but skip 1:18 to 1:30.
