Laotian Kids and Isaan Kids Worship Together.

I am a leader of young men and women. I believe that this generation of young people will do much more than I will ever do. But it will take some risk on us as older leaders to trust them and give them the freedom to fail and the freedom to succeed. This new generation thinks and sees differently than I do. They have lots of new ideas. They can teach me a lot if I am willing to learn. What I can bring to them is experience and a willingness to shape the future with them. That is why at 48 years of age, I remain committed to the emerging generation like this group of kids impacted by our Newsong church last October.
