I just got this gun today, haven't shot it yet though. I'm mostly used to target shooting with my Ruger 10/22, so hopefully the recoil won't be too much to handle..

1.) It's spelled "Hajji", a Hajji is any Muslim who successfully completed a journey to Mecca. You likely shot at Al-Qaeda or Islamic Militants.

2.) The weapon currently issued to the USMC is the M4 Carbine.

3.) Both the M4 and the entire family of M16 weapons are produced in left/right by various manufacturers, only spec ops gets L&R option.

4.) Yes, the Remington makes L&R hand 700s. I have shot one.

5.) Hit up google before talking.

@thezach01 derp derp maybe they don't make the weapon for lefties? (And I'm pretty sure the Remington 700 VS is not available in a left handed configuration). I'm a left handed shooter and am very proficient in shooting RH configured weapons - afaik they don't make the M16 - the weapon I was trained in in the USMC, in a left hand configuration either. Was it poor form when I was offing hajy with that weapon?
