You should not deal with anyona at all. KLA (albanian criminal organization) started killing and chased serbs out of kosovo. Milosevic then sent military to deal with KLA. There were dead civilians on both sides. You would do the same as Milosevic did. Defend your country from terorist trying to steal part of your country.
