Pamelas father just implies that they are Garos because of their similar appearance, however the Gorman brothers are seen near the ranch wearing Garo masks, the aliens, also known as "Them" are not Garos

Actually they arent Garos, the Garos are found in the canyone when you wear Garos mask, they have the same type of eyes as the Garo but the Garo are alot wider and dont have arms but have legs, they also arent purple with giant heads

The Aliens seem to like do stuff to Romani's head. When she's back her head hurts alot and she looks confused. I stayed on top the box and shot the aliens.

Yeah...same here. This level was creepy anyway, I was always scared that while I was fighting off an alien another one would come eat Romani's brain or something..gahh.
