It's based on an anime called "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure" and Capcom made it.

Jojo's Bizarre adventure is awesome, used to play it with my friend back in the days.

It's a Capcom game that came out in the arcade and was ported to Dreamcast and Playstation. The Playstation port sucks. You can find the ROMs on the net and play it in various emulators such as Final Burn Alpha.

The game is fairly old, and this version was released for arcade and ported to DC. The psx version is majorly different and is considered an entirely different game. There are currently two popular p2p emulators that allow players to play this game online. GGPO and 2DFighter are the most popular. If you happen to make an account, look for me :D
