  • I study Criminal Justice and understand that a crime, to be consider a crime, two elements must be present,. Mens Rea (The state of mind that produces a crime) & a corresponding physical act.

So, how can we, all humans, be born already charged with a crime of someone else and on top; sentenced to death?.

I believe Jesus said that the Father would not take account for the Son and the Son for the Father.

    Nolo contendere?.

  • Thank you for your comments. What is the legal term for building a straw man and then burning it in front of your audience? You seem to be an intellectual person with some legal understanding. Show me the law that says a baby or any other person is cast into hell for the crime or sin of being born. What is the legal term for charging someone with a crime they do not commit? Or breaking a law that does not exist?

  • The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world Gods invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

    For although they knew God,

  • they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.

Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another

  • Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done.They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips,slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents;

  • they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless. Although they know Gods righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

  • I looked at his face & asked him: "Now!, what make it a cup?". He then smiled, grab the cup, looked back at me & said: "The coffee occupying the empty space for the time being".

On another subject, this was years ago at the Mardi Grass. Some freaks came to me & asked me: "Are you saved?". I asked them back: "Saved from what?".

I'm still waiting for the answer even to this day.

I worked in prison. I told many inmates: "Don't complaint, I didn't put you here; you did!".

  • Many years ago I met this Chinese man at work. We became friends & one time, during lunch, he told me about how to view things, that is what we may call perception. He pick up a cup & told me to look at it from where I was, then asked me to look at it from a different location, & so on. Each time, different look but same cup.

Then at last asked me: "What make it a cup?". The answer was: "The empty space inside". Then, I tried to pull a fast one by filling the cup with coffee.

  • I don't know, I'm not a lawyer. The only thing I can think about would be the straw man argument or proposal.

I've seen no law on your second question (LOL Just the straw man).

The last 2 questions: I only think of mistaken identity & exoneration.

All I know is that people create their own interpretations, for instance: "All have sinned & are short of the glory of God". Some think heave, I don't. 1st, who is "all"?. Jesus doesn't say the whole World!.

  • This is my opinion, and my opinion only. I sense that religion represents a God who seems to hate us instead of loving us.

At the same time, I sense that religious people are more prone to hate than to love. I seen many religious people, aka "christians" in prison, not for preaching, but for commiting a crime with the excuse of: "I made a mistake".

Is being born an Actus Reus? (An illegal act).

Ignorantia juris non excusat, says the Law!.

  • Now, if being born is not a crime, why are we automatically sentenced to death or worst yet; To hell fire?.

If babies don't commit any crime, why are we charged with sin and sentenced as well?. What sin have babies commited?, the Sin of being born?, the sin of being a product of a sex relationship?. But wait, we're born with sex, so why are we punish even before being born?.

It just doen't make any sense, at least to me.
