    note: A t-bone and porterhouse are the same cut of meat, the porterhouse however comes from larger end of the loin (the bone is actually a portion of the vertibral column cut in half) The Strip steak and the filet minon actually make up a T-bone. This is why the small side of the T-bone tastes SOOO good. We used to butcher our own beef here in central MO.

  • Hi Maria , Recently I watched a video that reccomended using ground cinnamon along with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper . Then like you he gave it a light coating of olive oil. Have you ever tried the cinnamon ? I don't know what it does ,but it really turned out well . Thanks for sharing and by the way , you have the most beautiful hair on youtube . Keep em' coming and I'll keep watching.
