I have a couple questions here. How do you have such high HP and TP, what is that outfit for Luke and what wand is that for Tear?

to raise your HP and other stats it depends on your C.Core and the AD Skill HP/TP up. It also helps to use stat raising items.

You must have fought a lot just to use HP and TP Up to get Jade's HP up to 5000 before this battle. Most people have around 2000 or so at this point. O_O

Jade has the best C.Core equipped and I used all the stat up items on him.

The outfit on Luke is tactical leader. You get right after you complete the Nebelim event by going to Guy's Master in Baticul.

Tear's current staff I can't really spell the name of since I'm not playing the game right now but you buy it at Chesidonia.
