@boussou But we go to the mosque of the Prophet(saw) n pay our respects? n also to the grave of our ancestors? Islamic traditions support going to the graves of our loved ones on days like Eid??
-
@nomadtanha there are lots of hadiths that were narrated by Umar (ra), does that mean we go to his grave and supplicate him ? or even our beloved prophet (saaws) do we go to his grave and worship it ? visiting graves from time to time to remember death is permissible, however turning them divine and places of worship that's not part of our deen !!! plus alims are always questionable we don't follow them blindly, they have to go through the sunna filter, keep that in mind. muslims r not sheep.

@boussou Ilme laduni, as Abu Huraira said I learned two knowledges from Rasool Allah saw, one that i showed and second one if I show u may kill me, so yes i think it can help u understand a little

@boussou Good question, why we have Molana's in Masjids, why we have Alim's, and U pointed out Hadith, who wrote hadith... they r all people, human beings, who helps us in develping our relationship with God, whenever we r in trouble,we questions and there is no one to answer and explain us it is these people who help us at the crucial time, same is the answer these Baba's do the same job, they help us in developing our strong relationship with God. And they posses that knowledge which is named

in this documentary they have been talking about the personal relationship with god ! but why do they use this baba as a bridge b/ them and ALLAH !!! you don't need nobody b/ you and ALLAH ! you only need the right way which is the sunna (authentic hadith) of the prophet (s.a.a.w.s) ! and such a word "saints", "bridges" do not exist in authentic hadith !!! this is the opposite of TAWHEED ! this is exactly what the christians did with Jesus (pbuh) and later with their so called saints !!!
Completely agreed, Islam promotes peace, tolerance and justice and equality for all for both people and all creatures.

Wow, this was powerful. I do agree Muslims that are born in Islam have a harder time being Muslim, than people who convert. I appreciated this video and I learned a lot. It was extremely gratifying to hear Americans speak about Islam in a way that is positive and beautiful. That is the Islam I know, and the Faith I grew up in.
