i didnt know you were a vegetarian? i'm a vegan, i use the microwave all time, so i dont see a problem with it.

Everything she put up there is crap. Soy milk is horrible for you along with just about anything made from soy. The best thing to do is learn to feed your body and not your mouth. Eat fresh fruits and veggies from your local farmers as often as you can. Eat farm raised, grass feed, free range animals as much as you can and stay away from all that sugary shit that most people eat now a days. Try to eat like people did a hundred years ago and you will be eating healthy.

I've never tried the soy milk. I'm going to have to get some and try it. I'm wondering if it tastes the same, or nearly.

Yep. What is even more freaky is what I saw in Afghanistan. I would see people slaughtering animals right out in the market. What was worse was some of the militants would just slaughter human beings the same way. It was horrible. Sometimes a bloody steak makes me cringe.

Ya know what messes me up, its how they slaughter the ,say cows,ever see a cow slaughtered? The way they slit its throat..its freakin barbaric.
