Dequervan's tenosynovitis commonly presents as pain swelling near base of thumb on wrist. commonly seen in pregnancy, nursing mother& computer operators. most of these patients get better by splinting or medicines but few would require surgery. we just present a case of Dequervan's release which has been performed by us for first time in India. to know more about disease and its presentation please visit our website www.handsurgeryclinic.com
