i did study abroad at auc in 1996. I liked the professors and the old campus, the only thing I did not like was the students were all stuck up snobs. They were usually the sons and daughters of the elite government and business people. They all looked down upon regular egyptian people. I saw the new campus and it is far.

you went to the palestinian territories??!!! OMG! i wish they would show on tv what you actually saw happening in the occupied territories there.
anyway i have cousins at AUC and they seem to be loving it! i wanna go one summer and take like an arabic course or something. i heard the egyptian girls there arent that nice

lol she claims for some reason that cairo is crowded , well yea it is
perhaps she should come and visit zagazig once which i believe is more crowded as its just a small city compared to its population, I'm just sayin:D

do u have any videos of the dorms at the AUC campus
well, there are pros and cons to both. if you live downtown it will take you at least 45 mins to get to school, but you will be in the heart of cairo and close to where all the fun is; tourist attractions, lots of site seeing, and its the experience of living in egypt. if you live on campus you will be close to school but further away from where everything else is ...
