Today I wheeled my hovercraft, a modified UH14P, outside on the driveway. It is 16 ft long and 7 1/2 ft wide. Geo 1.0 engine and a 60" prop for thrust, and a 16 hp B&S with 5 blade Hascon fan for lift. Hopefully I will have it ready for paint soon! Then I can get the skirt fitted.

  • Jake, very nice! I like your triangular horn for attaching your elevator cable or linkage. I'll have to remember that. I've got so much thrust, I'm bending the elevator/axis tube/linkage. Also busted a Teleflex 33C cable. Very nice indeed!

  • ThrustProp,

I was always impressed by your videos. That craft really cruises along. My last craft I got 50 mph. Looks like you push 70 at least.

  • Great looking craft Jake. Looking forwqard to seeing it run this summer. I could use some advice tuning my thrust prop to the engine. Get back to me if you can.
