Maxed out the front squat today. I just finished Smolov Jr on Monday and I want to max the back squat, but my back still felt pretty tired so I decided to go with front squatting.
Honestly, looking at the video my form wasn't that great, weight too far forward in the bottom, but thats not why I missed 330. I simply couldn't move. Still got a nice 20 lb PR over previous 305.
