@SamsungTelevision You have better have a good explanation for why the damn YouTube app, the black logo, is not working and how to fix it because when i go in, the list of videos on YouTube don't show anymore, they used to, but it stopped and i want to put my YouTube account on the smart tv, or should i call it the con tv.

@PulverToastUNKL Yes well on the vidz and website they do not put a prominent notice..they act is if every Smart Tv works the same..in all markets. That is simply NOT the case as hundreds in Holland and Canada have discovered after opening their " presents" over the Holidays.. No web browser. No way to enhance poor sound withexternal [USB] speakers.. etc.

IF YOU WANT A SMART TV THAT DOES WHAT THE VIDZ SAY>>YOU MUST HAVE A MODEL 6500 or higher [big screens only] All other models lower than 6500 DO NOT COME WITH WEB BROWSER and Samsung will not make a patch. Another campaign of false advertising from a once trusted name in consumer electronics
