Interesting. Her goal here is to sell the house to it's current owners. Only she's not trying to convince them to buy it, she's selling them on the price they need to sell it. Then she has to go find buyers, and sell THEM on the price as well. Sounds like a tough balancing act.

Good presentation....but in all reality...homeowners who are really motivated to sell...will drop the price without giving an extensive presentation lol

She need to stop to asking her clients because looks she want to impress the public ,the first thing in a presentation is the rapport and she is not doing well breaking the barrier of the ice,....some presentation are for only 10 min if you do for more than 10 i becausse you lost the control I mean they dont trust in you.The word key is Do you want to have my sign 1 year at the front of your home tha is going to generate for me buyers that probably are looking for deals or do you want to sell it

I would not say this is "The Perfect" presentation. She is way too scripted and talks to her clients like they are children. No personal connection at all, would not hire her.

Her content is good! She may not sound as natural as she is doing it in front of heaps of people!

This woman is only good at memorizing a script. She has no personality and her approach is way too stiff. Maybe it works with some people, but I would never hire someone who has no natural conversation talent. This video is only good for the basic structure but not for real life situations.
